LOCATION / PUBLIC TRANSPORT
We are located at the end of Cronulla Street closest to the train station, which is only a minute walk away. There is also a bus stop outside the station.

ACCESSIBILITY
From street level we are down in a basement so there are lots of stairs. We have been consulting with the council and engineers to get a better access point sorted but the building throws up a lot of unique challenges so unfortunately are yet to find a solution which complies with all of the current regulations.
We do have a back entrance on Croydon St which has 4 steps, or there is a journey through a back laneway that is relatively flat but has a couple of sharp turns, so only someone in a pretty small chair can get through. It's not the prettiest way to enter the venue sorry but the only flat-ish way in.
There is a disabled parking spot right at the start of Cronulla St, which is very close to the venue.

PARKING
We don't have a dedicated parking lot for the venue but there is plenty of free street parking around Cronulla, and after 6pm it's untimed until the morning. There is a disabled parking spot right at the start of Cronulla St, which is very close to the venue.

BUYING TICKETS
All presale tickets are available online - www.brassmonkey.oztix.com.au- and you can email the team if you need a larger table organised or would like to be added to another booking. We do not sell tickets for upcoming shows at the venue, all presales are online. Presale tickets have been reduced to absorb the added booking fee so you will pay less or the same as the ticket price at the venue on show day/night.

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
Tickets are available to purchase after the doors open unless & until we are Sold Out. The best & cheapest way to secure a ticket is to prepurchase - presale tix are discounted to compensate for the online booking fees and door sales are always a little more expensive. Prepurchasing your tix is the best way to be sure that you don't miss out!

DINNER AND SHOW TICKETS / MENU OPTIONS
Dinner and Show tickets include a meal, reserved table and staff to provide table service throughout the evening. We serve dinner like a normal restaurant, where you order from a menu with our staff after being seated. You’re welcome to arrive any time after the doors open, with no set time to dine however we do prefer to have orders taken before the live music begins.

We allocate the tables in order of booking with the first getting the tables closest to the stage. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but it's an intimate space so there isn't really a bad spot...

We can accommodate dietary requirements at most times if given prior notice. Our menu has gluten free options as standard and can be viewed here - www.brassmonkey.com.au/menu
Food and Beverage sales are how we pay the bills, so if you enjoy having a Live music venue in Cronulla please support us by spending your social dollars here. While pubs & clubs with pokies are able to set low prices and take a loss on food and beverage sales to get you in the door, we need your food and bev patronage to keep the doors open.

REFUNDS
Sorry but all ticket purchases are final with no refunds or exchanges. We aren't being ruthless or greedy, it's because the live music industry attracts A LOT of costly overheads and expenses, and we have finite resources to manage and promote each show. Both the bands and the venue have running costs which leave very slim margins so we just can't afford to promote and manage bookings more than one time.
Oztix have realised that this can be problematic for some ticket purchasers so have partnered up with an insurance company to offer an optional refund insurance to cover certain changes of circumstances, and Tixel as a safe place to list and resell tickets - here https://www.oztix.com.au/resell-your-ticket. Payments are handled securely and tickets are reissued in the new buyers name.​

SET TIMES
With all of the variables associated with live performances set times can never be exact. Music will kick off roughly each night between 8 - 8.30pm but you should check the ticket page for start times and plan to arrive early. We have a delicious range of cocktails, beers and wines so come and spend some time socialising here with us before the show.

HOW MANY TICKETS HAVE I PURCHASED?
If you aren't sure please email the team - brassmonkeycronulla@gmail.com - A barcoded ticket will be issued for each person, so if you have 2 barcoded tickets you have booked for 2 people.

We do not allow any food or beverages to be brought into the venue.

ALL AGES?
The Brass Monkey is a strictly 18+ venue, with no one under 18 years permitted to enter - even with parents booked for dining. Valid i.d will be required on entry - Australian Proof of Age, Australian Drivers License or Passport only.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
While we don't have a strict dress code we do require you to be clean, fully dressed, wearing shoes and sober. A ticket does not guarantee your entry if you are intoxicated, aggressive, partially dressed.
